Vatican Envoy Bares Teeth Against Christian Zionists

By David Ben-Ariel The Vatican envoy to Israel collaborated with others in a vicious attack on the Christian Zionist movement, again exposing the nature of the beast and proving how inherently hostile it is against the Jewish homeland, the Promised Land of Israel (which they can’t bear to say out loud, always referring to it instead as “the Holy Land”), as it goes against all that their damnable replacement theology spews. Yes, such an unprovoked attack against those who are pro-Israel, the Christian Zionists, further proves to many that Catholics are not Christian, and that their wicked organization of Inquisitions and Crusades continues its murderous hatred against the Jews and those who love them: the Christian Zionists (who know the Bible well enough to know the restoration of Jews to the Holy Land of ISRAEL - not Ishmael - is God’s Word and Will, which if the Roman Catholic Cult had its way, they could have never read and known this Biblical truth for themselves!). Truly, the pope’s white robes are stained with the blood of many martyrs, as brought out in Beyond Babylon: Europe’s Rise and Fall. Let the following information help rebuke pagan Rome and counter the vile Vatican who has a horrific history of helping Nazis with their ratlines, and is now guilty of overtly aiding and abetting the Nazi-Muslim terrorists. Truly Pope John Paul II’s apology to the Jews was worthless and nothing more than another political stunt. He falsely proclaimed himself to the Jews as “Joseph your brother,” but many perceive it isn’t so and recognize his organization as “Edom.” Christian Zionists, Jews, and Israel must be on guard and watch for the bloody Vatican to get more vociferous against Israel and demand the enforcement of UN Resolution 181 by whatever means necessary. David Ben-Ariel is a Christian-Zionist writer and author of Beyond Babylon: Europe’s Rise and Fall. With a focus on the Middle East and Jerusalem, his analytical articles help others improve their understanding of that troubled region. Check out the Beyond Babylon blog. Glycemic Index: A Magic Weight Loss Solution or a Soap Bubble Ready to Burst?

By Rajesh Shetty Glycemic index ranks different carbohydrate foods depending on their potential to raise blood glucose levels. The ranking is on a scale from 0 to 100.Higher the Glycemic index, higher is the particular carbohydrates ability to effect a spike(rise) in blood glucose levels. Low-GI foods, by virtue of their slow digestion and absorption, produce gradual rises in blood sugar and insulin levels, and have benefits for health. Low GI diets have been shown to improve both glucose and lipid levels in people with diabetes (type 1 and type 2). This is as far as it goes about the use of glycemic index for weight loss. Popular diet books like the south beach diet are founded on the premise that the spike in blood glucose levels leads to more hunger and subsequent weight gain, whereas the foods with low GI have a tendency to delay the haunger or lower appetite, leading to weight loss, which is too simplistic, but ,not quite supported by scientific evidence. Read this excerpt taken from WebMD: Experts Take On the Glycemic Index It sounds like a magic formula for dieters –but experts have long been saying there’s no such thing. “If you don’t have peaks and valleys in your glucose level then hunger should be kept at bay,” says Kathleen Zellman, RD, a spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association (ADA). “However, it’s not that simple. It’s also affected by meal size, whether there’s any fat in the meal, and overall health status.” “Glycemic index looks at individual foods — not how that food might interact with another,” says Connie Diekman, RD, an ADA spokesperson in St. Louis, Missouri. “If you eat a high glycemic index food with a protein, for example, it might be absorbed more slowly. … That’s the hang-up with glycemic index. Very few people will sit down and eat one high glycemic index food and then another. It’s meals that we eat.” Michael Jensen, MD, an endocrinologist at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., says it’s never been proven that high insulin levels — which result when a high glycemic index food is eaten — mean increased hunger. “When [you] work with patients who get real hungry between meals, you have to try a couple of different things. I’m not sure if it’s glycemic index, the bulk of food, the content of food that gives [the sense of fullness] … I also have them consider adding protein and modest amounts of fat to decrease overeating between meals.” All the researchers are unanimous in that, it’s the fiber content of the diet that is more important for controlling diabetes and weight gain than the Glycemic Index.Read the exerpts of a new research document from WebMD,…. New research shows that when it comes to type 2 diabetes, not all carbohydrates are created equal. Tufts University researchers report that eating whole-grain foods, especially fiber-rich cereals, appears to improve insulin sensitivity and lower the risk of the metabolic syndrome. Whole-grain foods have already been found to help protect against heart disease and certain cancers, and the newly published study is one of several that indicates there is a protective role for whole grains against a constellation of major risk factors that lead to metabolic syndrome — a risk factor for cardiovascular disease and the development of type 2 diabetes. “Unless you’re a diabetic, glycemic index may not be all that important,” says Jack Alhadeff, PhD, professor of biochemistry at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa. , who adds that since most of us eat a variety of foods in a meal, the accuracy of the index can be questionable. But what about the notion that glucose from high-index foods is more likely to be stored as fat? “The scientific literature is very clear that eating carbohydrates that are embedded in plant cellulose — complex carbohydrates — is always better,” says Nagi Kumar, PhD, director of clinical nutrition at the Moffitt Cancer Center and professor of human nutrition at the University of South Florida in Tampa. “But the reasons it is better are not because it somehow lessens or alters fat storage.” All this leads one to conclude that the importance of fiber is far more that Glycemic index for dieters. The weight loss programs like many low carb diets and the popular south beach diet are only trying to exploit the limited scientific data on Glycemic Index to sell their diet wares. A diet rich in fibre has many advantages like: Fiber can help you avoid overeating. It has been found that fiber can bind with cholesterol in the digestive tract, thus lowering blood cholesterol. Another important point about fiber-rich foods is that they tend to be loaded with phytochemicals that appear to have anticancer functions, along with these benefits and its role in weight maintenance, fiber helps prevent the following: Constipation Hemorrhoids Appendicitis Diverticulosis — an intestinal disease where pockets, which can become infected, develop in the intestinal lining. A diet program which recommends fiber rich foods and is loaded with healthy and natural weight loss alternatives to the foods recommended by the fad diets is the only alternative to safe and sure weight loss. Ukraine Dating Services - Are They Worth The Effort?

By Peter Finch The net is growing and proportional to it, the offers for matchmaking services are flooding your daily life. Logically comes the question is it worth the hassle to trust an agency rather than to search by your yourself. Usually people who trust the companies offering dating services are busy and this is an easier solution for them. Delegating the responsibility seems an easy and comfortable solution. However the traps are many and one should be ready to open his soul and be honest with the matchmaker otherwise he will always get the wrong profiles. Men search for Ukrainian personals after they have had a few disappointments in their own country and culture. They see a banner ad or receive an email and immediately start thinking that the agency will help them find love. This is not true. Agents are proficient in matching people and they are good with this because this is their job, but before reaching the moment of love and Mendelssohn, there is a long road of questionnaires, conversations, discussions and advices to negotiate. The differences between the culture in Ukraine and USA or other western countries is pretty big. People have the same god but have different values. Unfortunately the dating service agencies do not always share the whole truth. If you are after your career and do not have time for long phone conversations with your love-partners, forget family events or birthdays and always have an excuse to watch the championship, instead of going out for a walk with your fiancee, then there is no logical reason why your international date will survive and develop into something more. Ukraine Dating services work only when you are well aware of the cultural details and mechanisms that stand behind the relationship. The more you reveal to your matchmaker, the better picture he or she will create. Do not forget that you will be charged money for the time spent in the office, so better ask more questions, share your points of view, likes and dislikes and be clear what you like and what you would not accept in your date. Usually you will be asked to fill in some forms regarding your interests and physical outlook. Do not try to cheat, because this will come back to haunt you. Do not try to hide things from your past, especially the important ones, because sooner or later they will appear and may ruin your perfect date. The professional matchmaker will ask concrete questions to which it is the best for you to give clear answers. Double meaning and word games are funny but only when they come at the right time. In Ukraine dating services you will have to face another challenge and it is called language. Local people are bilingual and they speak both Russian and Ukrainian but at the same time English, French, German and Spanish are studied at school and many girls speak them. If you are asked what languages you speak, do not try to be cool and pretend that you are fluent in French for example if you actually have a vague idea of what French sounds like. You are not expected to speak every single language on this planet, so just admit it and list those which you really understand. Later if you need translations or other interpreting services, your agent will arrange this. Be who you are and love will find you! Don’t get scammed. The Open Secret Of Weight Loss: Calories In - Calories Out

By Dr. PJ Prakash Extra body weight is being perceived as an epidemic in the United States. The latest data from the National Center for Health Statistics show that 30 percent of U.S. adults 20 years of age and older - over 60 million people - are obese. About 60-65 percent people in the U.S. alone are overweight. This increase is not limited to adults. The percentage of young people who are overweight has more than tripled since 1980. Among children and teens aged 6-19 years, 16 percent (over 9 million young people) are considered overweight. One common measure to determine ideal body weight is body mass index (BMI), which is a ratio of height and weight multiplied by a factor. This ratio should be less than 25 for both men and women. A BMI between 25 and 29.9 is considered overweight, and a BMI equal or over 30 is clinically obese. Obesity has also been linked to other nutritional disorders, such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, and cardio-vascular diseases. Shockingly, the numbers of teen obesity in the United States is also leading to teen diabetes. One factor that is chiefly responsible for the accumulation of extra body weight among Americans is the fast food culture. These fast foods chiefly include burgers, sandwiches, fries, pizza and soda. All these foods are high in calories, fat, sugar, and salt the main enemies of ideal body weight and optimum health. They are also low in essential nutrients (vitamins, minerals and trace elements) and fiber the friends of good health and general well being. So why is this fast food culture overpowering us? Face it - any food that is high in fat, sugar and salt tastes so good. And fast food well qualifies for this category. In addition to the taste temptation, fast food is also readily available and unfortunately cheaper than the healthy food. The other factors that contribute to excess body weight are lack of exercise, sedentary lifestyles, and improper eating habits leading to decreased metabolism, certain medical conditions and their drug after-effects. Weight loss, weight gain and weight maintenance is no magic. It is simply a ratio of calories-in and calories-out. By calories-in we mean how many calories you are obtaining from your food on a daily basis, and by calories-out we mean how many of these calories you are burning in the same day. In order to lose weight, your calories-out should be more than your calories-in everyday until you reach your weight loss goals. For maintaining weight, there should be no significant difference between your calories-in and calories-out on a daily basis. For gaining weight (for example, for underweight people), your calories-in should be greater than your calories-out until your reach your desired body weight. It is recommended that a big part of the calories-in for the people trying to gain weight should come from protein sources, so they gain muscles rather than body fat. Now, the question is how do we calculate calories-in and calories-out. Your calories-in can be calculated with the help of a dietician, who would calculate the calorie equivalent of the food that you consume in general on a daily basis. There are also software available to do the same calculations that you can search over the internet. The calories-out are in general more than your resting metabolic rate (RMR), which is the amount of calories that your body burns without any activity. Many dieticians and gymnasiums offer the RMR calculation tests. Also, there are software available to calculate your RMR that you can search over the internet. In order to lose weight, the general rule is that you need to consume fewer calories per day that your body burns naturally anyway. Either with the help of a dietician or these nutrition software, you can come up with certain foods or their quantity to cut down from your daily diet in order to start losing weight. At this point, it is extremely important to know that you only need to cut down on your calories-in, but you still need all other nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals and fiber, for optimum health. If your weight loss plan includes cutting down on certain foods and / or their quantity, it will be a good idea to include the supplements of these vitamins and minerals to ensure optimum nutrition. It should be noted that carbohydrates, fats and proteins provide the calories in the food. So obviously one has to cut down on these nutrients in order to restrict ones calorie intake. When it comes to carbohydrates, you should cut down on the bad carb intake that are high in calories and also burn fast making you hungry again. The bad carbs are mainly derived from processed foods and sweet snacks and desserts, such as, candies, cookies, chips, doughnuts, brownies, Danish, etc. Rather, these bad carbs should be substituted with good carbs. The sources of good carbs are whole grains like rice, wheat, oat, barley, whole grain cereals, whole grain breads, fruits, vegetables, etc. The nutrition recommendation is that less than 30 percent of your total calorie intake should come from fat. This fat consumption should be lower in saturated fat and should include unsaturated fats, such as polyunsaturated fats and monounsaturated fats, as they are beneficial for heart and general health. The good sources of these beneficial fats are vegetable oils, fish oil and olive oil. As far as proteins are concerned, about 40-50 percent of the human body mass is composed of proteins. Therefore, one has to be really careful when it comes to protein nutrition. One should cut down on red meat foods that are although high in proteins, are also high in fat. One should increase the intake of vegetarian sources of proteins, such as soy, beans, pulses, as they are generally low in fat. The good sources of animal proteins are chicken and fish as they are in general low in saturated fat and high in unsaturated fats, such as omega-3 fatty acids. How Visualization Can Help You Lose Weight

By Virgil Aponte Recently I read an amazing article from Personal Trainer Tony Books Avilez of The Body House. Tony’s an amazing author and trainer and made some excellent points about the power of the mind when it comes to achieving your health and fitness goals. Many fitness experts fail to convey this to their clients or people that learn from them. In fact Tony actually recommends that this is the first place you should start when beginning or continuing a health and fitness program. My favorite point is that of motivation in that many people say they don’t exercise because they can’t find the time. He talks about Donald Trump promising you 10 million dollars if you participate in a health and fitness regimen while still maintaining family and business obligations. In this case I don’t think there is a person in the world that would not find time to exercise then. Do you? Tony goes on to say that it’s not time that’s a problem but motivation which made great sense. Also remember that in the short term and long term exercise will save you money and aggravation. Health costs associated with LOE (Lack of Exercise) only go up as you age and haven’t taken care of yourself. With that in mind here is an excellent technique you can use right away to help you with the mental aspect of your health and fitness program: Create a vision in your mind of how you want to look or want to accomplish: For example how will you look when you lose 15 pounds or how will you look in those jeans you can’t fit in anymore. And I really mean sit down, lie down or stand up somewhere, close your eyes and visualize how you will actually look. Here’s a little story about how I visualized training professional athletes which was a big goal of mind for many years: I would just imagine getting off the train in the Bronx on my way to work at Yankee Stadium. If you’ve ever been to Yankee Stadium for a game you can feel a giant buzz of energy as soon as you get off the train because of the thousands of people there in anticipation for the days game. In this visualization there is no buzz because there are a lot less people. You see in this scenario I’m arriving at Yankee Stadium as the strength and conditioning coach and it’s 9 to 10 in the morning. There aren’t as many people and I’m just getting there to work with the players. I walk in to work and set up the exercise circuit I’ve prepared for the players and update their training logs. I think about talking to Derek Jeter and his tight hamstring and how we’re are going to overcome it. I hope this gives you a picture of what I mean. You really need to think and imagine real life scenarios and they will come true. Remember your thoughts create your actions and actions create your reality. The funny thing in this visualization story is that instead of training the New York Yankees I ended up training the WNBA’s New York Liberty Women’s Basketball team. But all the other details were very similar. I’d get up each morning and go to Madison Square Garden or Basketball City (where we practiced) and set up strength and conditioning programs for one of the premier women’s basketball teams in the world. I remember sitting in the trainer’s room at Madison Square Garden chatting with All-Star and future Hall of Famer Teresa Weatherspoon about a recurring hamstring injury and how we were going to fix it. Turns out we took care of her hammy but the point here is that I really visualized all this before as I wrote earlier about Derek Jeter. Every time I think about the power of visualization I think about that very instant speaking with T-Spoon and that there is a great deal to be said about the power of your mind. So the next thing for you is to vividly think what you want to achieve and your mind will move you to that goal. For over 12 years Virgil has helped numerous people from all walks of life reach their strength & health related goals. His career highlights include working as a strength & conditioning/baseball coach for the New York Mets Instructional Baseball Academy, serving as an assistant with the WNBA New York Liberty’s strength & conditioning staff and creating the Ultimate Stair Exercises DVD set http://www.StairExercises.com which has sold in 6 countries. Currently Virgil continues to teach, train clients and is releasing a new DVD series entitled GetFit Anywhere http://www.GetFitAnywhere.net Subscribe to his free health & fitness journal at: http://www.GivStrength.com Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Virgil_Aponte http://EzineArticles.com/?How-Visualization-Can-Help-You-Lose-Weight&id=117968 phentermine with no prescription buy phentermine us pharmacy how to buy phentermine without a prescription phentermine online doctors

Unsecured Loan

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Joseph_Kenny]Joseph Kenny When you take out a loan, you will many decisions to make, but one of the most fundamental, will be whether or not to opt for a secured or an unsecured loan. A secured loan will have a number of advantages. First of all they are easier to get an approval for. This is because lenders will know that their money is at less risk due to the security offered. There is also the benefit of getting better rates and more favourable terms. It is a known fact that the terms will be less onerous if you offer some security. Your annual percentage rates, which are basically the cost of the loan, will also be lower. This can have a major effect on the amount each monthly repayment will be. It may also mean you can pay the loan off faster. The final major advantage of getting a secured loan is that you will probably be able to borrow more than if it was unsecured. This is because banks will be willing to lend you more, but just as importantly, because the rate is lower, you will be able to afford more. There is a major disadvantage to all secured borrowing however. The lender will be able to take title to your assets, usually your home if you fail to keep up with repayments. This is a huge risk that many borrowers simply are not willing or able to make. Suppose you want to start a business but it is not guaranteed to be successful. If you have a family with young children it would be a very bad idea indeed to secure the lending for this business over your home. What would be far safer for you and your family would be to get an unsecured loan. While unsecured loans may be harder to get approval for, they are still generally available for anyone with a regular income and good credit history. The terms may be slightly less favourable than if you were going for a secured loan, and the rate may be higher. This will mean you will have to make higher repayments or over a longer period. But the major advantage is that your house is not at the same risk. This will allow you to try business ventures or take other risks with the money you borrow. One thing to always remember is that even if the loan is unsecured, you are still liable for the full amount and if you are made bankrupt, all your assets, including your house can be used to satisfy your creditors. Garden Gazebo - A Stunning Addition to any Landscape

By Jacob Martus For centuries, individuals have enjoyed the elegance and splendor of the garden gazebo. A garden gazebo is a great way to add a vantage point to look out upon your garden. It also adds a peaceful place from which you can really enjoy your life, and your garden. Careful planning is required before deciding on a gazebo for your garden. Depending upon the region you live in, the material used for the gazebo construction is a very important option to consider. Most garden gazebos come in pine or cedar wood, but vinyl and metal options do exist. A wooden garden gazebo can really accent your flora by contrasting the colors in your garden with the natural color of the wood. If you plan on purchasing a wooden garden gazebo, you will probably have to decide between pine or cedar wood. While pine is more affordable, cedar is less prone to rot and ages to a beautiful grey. When deciding between metal gazebos, it is integral for you to decide which metal to choose. Metal gazebos come in aluminum, steel, or wrought iron. A wrought iron gazebo adds a very rustic and gothic effect to your garden, while steel and aluminum remain fairly plain. No matter the material used, a garden gazebo is a great way to add a touch of elegance to your landscape. For more great information about the gazebo, visit my gazebo website. Mechanisms of Injury and the All Hazards Approach

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Maurice_Ramirez] Maurice Ramirez The all hazards approach to disaster preparedness is based on the concept that while adverse events can not be predicted in their timing, location or type there are limited ways in which they can impact a community, business, or individual. In disaster medicine we call these limited mechanisms of injury. In individuals the mechanisms of injury that may arise regardless of the type of adverse event are: * Asphyxiation * Burns * Crush injury * Drowning * Environmental exposure * Fractures * Group infections * Historically poor health * Impale * Jolts * Knucklehead * Laceration * Mental health * Nutrition Asphyxiation covers everything from smoke inhalation to oxygen-poor environments to noxious gasses to chemical weapons. Burns may be thermal burns, such as those found in fires and explosions; chemical burns, as found in chemical weapons and inadvertant chemical releases; as well as radiation burns from criticality and non-criticality events alike. Crush injuries include everything from motor vehicle accident related injury to entrapment under a fallen building and cave collapses. Drowning is quite obvious. Exposure includes exposures to hot, cold environments as well as radiation in both the criticality and non-criticality type event. Fractures are not limited only to bones, but to any body tissue or shock sensitive organ system. Group infections deal with the events of the sanitation that impact evacuees, refugees and even the rescuers (everybody has heard of the FEMA flu). Group infections also include epidemics, pandemics and biological weapons. Historically poor health deals with that 97% of all medical care rendered after the disaster. It is the exacerbation of pre-existing medical conditions that is inherent when chronically ill people are exposed to austere medical environments. Impalement is again as obvious as drowning. It includes not only falling upon an object, but being thrown against a penetrating object or having a penetrating object thrown through you. Thus, it includes bullets as well as shrapnel. Jolts are simply electrical injuries. Knuckleheads represents all of the group events that culminate in the social anarchy like that which surrounded Hurricane Katrina. It was the knuckleheads who threw there fellow evacuees from the tops of parking structures and shot at the rescuers and rescue helicopters that attempted to come to the aid of survivors. Lacerations are again obvious. Mental health issues are often difficult to differentiate and are only now being recognized as the largest portion of healthcare surge after and event. Finally, nutritional issues are perhaps the most difficult to deal with. A poorly prepared citizenry who themselves have not yet stocked sufficient amounts of food and water for even three days begin the problems while amassing large numbers of refugees and evacuees are a challenge for even the most organized of government agencies. The predominant theme in all hazards preparedness is to develop resilience around the mechanisms of injury and ensure that there are sufficient resources to mitigate any stress along any mechanism. Dr. Maurice A. Ramirez is co-founder of Disaster Life Support of North America, Inc., a national provider of Disaster Preparation, Planning, Response and Recovery education. Through his consulting firm High Alert, LLC., he serves on expert panels for pandemic preparedness and healthcare surge planning with Congressional and Cabinet Members. Board certified in multiple medical specialties, Dr. Ramirez is Founding Chairperson of the American Board of Disaster Medicine and a Senior Physician-Federal Medical Officer for the Department of Homeland Security. Sony Ericsson W810i Review

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Daniel_Swensen]Daniel Swensen Released for Cingular, the Sony Ericsson W810i is a candy-bar sized multimedia cell phone, made distinctive by its stylish color scheme — vivid orange and satin black, with the unique Walkman logo emblazoned on the front of the phone. At under four inches long and two inches wide, it’s only marginally bigger than an iPod Nano, and is significantly more full-featured. Not Your Usual Camera Phone Feature-wise, the W810i generally has everything you’ve come to expect in a multimedia cell phone. Its most impressive feature is the 2.0 megapixel camera, which features auto-focus, built-in flash, and video recording. Most unusual, however, is the W810i’s horizontal orientation — the cell phone is turned on its side when snapping photos, with the 1.9 inch screen becoming the viewfinder, and the volume controls on the right edge of the phone becoming the zoom control. This method of taking photos has a much more natural, intuitive feel than most camera phones, being much more similar to a traditional digital camera. The camera itself is pretty robust, taking 1632 x 1224 photos in 24-bit color. Fortunately, the W810i also comes with a 512 MB memory card, which you may even want to expand if you take a lot of pictures at this resolution. The camera is extremely competitive and one of the W810i’s most full-featured components, with on-board editing and filters, and even a phone light for use in dimly-lit conditions. Open Air Audio The Sony Ericsson W810i also has an on-board MP3 player, accessible via the highly visible “Walkman” button on the phone’s faceplate. One of the handier features of which is a dedicated play / pause key on the side of the phone, which will make life much easier when listening to your music on the go. The music player supports MP3, AAC, AMR, MIDI, IMY, EMY, and WAV formats, and, if that isn’t enough, it also comes with a built-in FM radio. Incidentally, if you should get ever tired of listening to music through the (included) headphones, the W810i has powerful enough speakers to make listening to music without them enjoyable. With three speaker ports on the back of the cell phone and a “Mega Bass” audio effect on the built-in EQ, the W810i’s sound capabilities are surprisingly good. Best of all, the battery life is very hardy for a cell phone, lasting about nine hours or so of non-stop MP3 playback or gaming (or, as Sony claims, up to two weeks if you don’t use the phone very much — but how likely is that?) Sony’s Flagship Phone Beyond that, the W810i comes with everything you need — SMS, IM, WAP browsing, games, and PC Suite software to make syncing data between your phone and PC a little bit easier. The W810i also comes with Bluetooth and EDGE technology, which means you can connect it to your laptop and surf the web from pretty much anywhere, or use a variety of Bluetooth devices with your cell phone. Overall, the Sony Ericsson W810i is a very robust package– the camera and music capabilities alone would make the W810i a worthwhile device, but it also happens to be a great, slick-looking little [http://www.wirefly.com/catalog/cingular_wireless/phones/cell-phones/]cell phone. The only barrier to entry might be its slightly steep price tag, but if you look around a bit, you can find your way around that fairly easily.
